If your home is experiencing water or moisture damage you may see signs such as: peeling paint, bubbles, or physical signs that the wood exterior is beginning to rot. These are major red flags that your home needs attention immediately. This should be done not only to repair the exterior structure, but also to paint the exterior which can safeguard the wood going forward. 

Faded Colors 

There’s no doubt that we live in an amazing region of the country. New England comes with both brilliant sunlight in the summer and harsh winter weather in equal measure. Both of which can take years off the life of our home’s exterior paint. 

One of the first signs that your home may be in need of some help, is the fading paint that may be evident on the sun-drenched, south-facing side of your home. If you live on the ocean, you may also notice that salt could be degrading and wearing away at the exterior paint.
