We have been fortunate to be a part of your community for the past 35 years. In that time, we have been able to provide you with the highest level of quality and service.
We know people want to make improvements to their homes and properties. As we all know, circumstances change, whether they be personally, locally or globally. Many have faced difficult times economically. There has been a shift in priorities, which has forced some to put off projects they have longed to do. We understand. That is why we offer free, very detailed estimates for all jobs. Once an estimate is requested, I will personally complete it. I will follow up with you within approximately 7 days so that we can have the opportunity to discuss your thoughts, ideas and decisions. There will be times when the integrity of our company will guide my responses, because I’d never want to be misleading and modify the description of work in a way that could cause future, undesirable situations. I’ll always be honest with you and strive to provide the services you’re looking for.
It is essential to us that we offer all our customers a plan that best suits their needs. Don’t be intimidated by the bottom line. We are willing to work with you to accommodate your budget and provide a package that is comfortable for you without jeopardizing the quality of the work.
Having all of the details of the estimate right in front of you can be overwhelming at first glance. We understand that other painters in the area may not provide you with the same level of detail that we do. We also know that we offer services and levels of care that exceed those of some of the smaller, professional painters in the area. Many such companies may provide excellent service, but they typically operate on a much smaller scale and have fewer employees. What that means for you, the consumer, in some cases, is a price differential due to overhead costs, the amount of time, insurance liabilities, and other factors. As many of you are aware, we acquired McManus Fine Painting and, in doing so, took on three of Mike McManus’ long-term employees, increasing our staff. These gentlemen provide individual skills that enhance the work we do and have proven themselves to be significant assets to our company.
